We study the neutral current flavour changing rare decay mode B → Kγγ within the framework of Standard Model, including the long distance contributions. It is found that these long distance contributions can be larger than the short distance contribution. —————————————————————————————————— We have corrected a sign error in one of the terms contributing to the Irre-ducible (short-distance) contribution in our program. The revised estimates agree well with the ones given in a recent paper [12]. ——————————————————————————————————
